Ghanaian rapper and producer E.L finally drops his highly anticipated new mixtape “BVR” (BAR 5). BVR is the fifth installment of his BAR (Best African Rapper) hip-hop mixtape series. The rapper unveiled the official cover and tracklist about a week prior to its release. BVR contains 15 tracks featuring young talents: Regie Roy, Jean Feier, Nana Grenade, Kev, Stargo, Bryan The Mensah, Akan, DopeNation, LJ, Gbrumot and also Nigerian rap star Falz. On the production boards include Slimbo, Jaymera, Rogie Roy, Bodi, Nabeyin, Kid Mvgic as well as E.L himself. Stream the project on SoundCloud below.

Talks between Arsenal and midfielder Aaron Ramsey over a new contract have broken down. Ramsey’s existing deal expires on 30 June 2019 and the Gunners had been hopeful of tying up fresh terms. But negotiations have stopped and, barring an unlikely resumption, the 27-year-old will be sold in January or become a free agent next summer. As things stand, the Welshman will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club from 1 January. Ramsey joined the Gunners in 2008 in a £4.8m move from hometown club Cardiff City. He is Arsenal’s longest-serving player and scored the winning goals in the 2014 and 2017 FA Cup finals. Ramsey was an 84th-minute substitute in the Gunners’ 3-1 defeat of Brentford in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.

Former Chelsea striker, Diego Costa has said that he never should have joined Chelsea. The former striker also threw a dig at Antonio Conte, the manager who exiled him before he moved to Atletico Madrid during the summer transfer window in 2017. Costa spent four successful seasons in the Spanish capital before signing for Chelsea in 2014 for a transfer fee of £32million. In his four years at Stamford Bridge, Costa won two Premier League titles and the League Cup.    Maurizio Sarri has left Eden Hazard out of Chelsea’s travelling 21-man squad for their Europa League group-stage opener at PAOK Salonika. The Belgian forward, 27, scored a hat-trick against Cardiff at the weekend but has not made the trip to Greece. However, the likes of Gary Cahill, Cesc Fabregas and Ethan Ampadu should all come into consideration. Wales midfielder Ampadu, 18, signed a new five-year contract with the Blues on Wednesday.
