You Won’t Believe How Much Manchester United Made After Defeating PSG

Manchester United have banked £9 million for reaching the Champions League quarter-finals.
On a stunning night in the French capital, a late Marcus Rashford VAR penalty saw United dump out Paris-Saint Germain.
Down 2-0 from the first leg, the Red Devils silenced the Parc des Princes as Romelu Lukaku scored twice before Rashford’s glory.
Juan Bernat had equalised for 1-1 in the game, but United’s 3-1 win saw them go through on away goals.
In the Champions League, not only do Manchester United have the chance of making history but there is up to £25m more in bonus payments up for grabs.
Each side in the quarter-finals of the competition scoops £9m, and those who make it through to the semi-finals will collect a further £10.33m.
Both teams who reach the final will be paid £12.9m, with a further £3.4m extra being dished out to the overall winners.
